If you choose to call or email us using the details on this site, we'll of course have whatever you tell us — but that's a phone call or an email, not something the website gathered.

What we do with information you give us

If you call or email us, we use what you tell us for one purpose: to answer your question and schedule your care. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketing companies.

Once you become a patient, your information is managed under our clinical records policies and the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at your first visit, rather than under this page.

Please don't send medical history, insurance ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive details by email — email is not a secure channel. Bring them to your visit or give them to us over the phone.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of your browsing.

Some resources on the page — web fonts and the embedded Google map — are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address in order to deliver them. That is standard for embedded maps and fonts across the web, and it is not something we control or receive data from.
